Looking after your saber is like maintaining a high-tech tool — just a little care keeps it running flawlessly for years.

1. Blade Care

  • Wipe the blade with a soft cloth after each use

  • Avoid hitting hard metal surfaces during duels

  • Replace the tip or blade if deep cracks appear

2. Hilt Care

  • Handle with clean hands to prevent oils from affecting the finish

  • Store the saber in a padded bag or on a stand

  • Avoid dropping the hilt — internal soundboards can be sensitive

3. Battery & Charging

  • Use only recommended USB-C chargers

  • Avoid overnight charging

  • If the saber becomes warm, unplug immediately

4. Firmware & Sounds (for advanced cores)

Some cores allow custom sound fonts and blade effects.
Updating regularly keeps your saber running smoothly and unlocks new features.

5. Long-Term Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Remove the battery if not using the saber for several months

  • Keep blades out of direct sunlight to prevent discolouration
