We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unopened sabers in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Once approved, send the item back and we’ll issue a refund minus shipping.

Customized or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

WARRANTY

All Hero Sabers come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

This covers:
✔ LED strip malfunctions
✔ Soundboard issues
✔ Charging defects
✔ Internal electronics failures not caused by misuse

Not covered:

✘ Water damage
✘ Heavy duelling damage that cracks the hilt
✘ Intentional modifications
✘ Damage from incorrect chargers or power sources

If you encounter an issue, we’ll guide you through troubleshooting or arrange a repair/replacement depending on the situation.

Your saber should last — we stand by every build.
